Nicola is a red lipstick lover whose inspires woman to find their courage. Proudly surpassing 22 years in the beauty industry, and has crafted her passion into becoming a multi-award-winning industry leader featured on Channel 7, The Courier Mail and 9News.
From as little as just six years old, Nicola knew that her career would be defined by the beauty industry as she looked up at the women surrounding her wearing a classic red lip which sparked the passion from then onwards.
Nicola’s career has spanned across many industry pathways, including 11 years she spent on cruise ships before a life-changing event where she was held up at gunpoint in South Africa changed her life forever, moving her and her hubby over to Australia.
Since 2014, Nicola has been intherapy’s Chief Glow-Getter for her Red Hill community.
Creating unique client relationships throughout her six years owning intherapy, her community is what inspires her to deliver the industry’s absolute best each day.
A 2020 Mumpreneur Winner and Founder of Tender Loving Beauties, a volunteer beauty service for families of ill children, Nicola and her intherapy team are your go-to if your crown needs fixing.
Inspired by her mentors to lead, support and serve likeminded women in her community, Nicola has proudly named her intherapy treatment rooms after the women that have helped drive her career success.
