Kara have been in the business world for the last 12 years, 10 of those as a business owner & leader.
She started her very first business at the age of 18 when she started offering nail services from home, while studying beauty therapy. Once she graduated she moved into the salon industry but the desire to have her own business was strong.
After only just 18 months in a salon and at the ripe old age of 21, she set up her very own Ella Bache Franchise and grew it over 10 years to 7 figures with 11 employees.
Sh studied a Diploma in Business specialising in Entrepreneurship.
Her goal is to help other business owners reach their goals, all while taking away some of the pressure and overwhelm that she knows can be too much.
